We then work closely with the client to refine the proposal until we arrive at a solution they are confident moving forward with.
Planning Services
We offer comprehensive architectural planning services for residential projects as well as commercial and mixed-use projects.
We provide Pre-Planning and Full Planning Applications as well as Design & Access Statements as required.
We work closely with a Planning Consultant to allow us the best possibility of achieving approval.
Building Regulations
We specialise in producing comprehensive Building Regulations packs, including all necessary drawings and documentation required for submission to the local authority or an approved inspector.
Our detailed and thorough service ensures full compliance with all current regulations, standards, and legal requirements.
Construction
In addition to delivering all necessary detailed construction drawings, we also offer an optional full build management service. Engaging a single company to oversee both the design and construction phases can significantly simplify the process and improve overall project coordination.
This option can be discussed with the client to determine what best suits their needs.
